About Me
I am a 200-hour Qualified Yoga Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Teachers Together. Yoga is the one thing that draws me out of my mind and into my body, allowing me to be fully present in the moment. After nearly a decade of practice, I am inspired to share this transformative experience with others. Yoga can be deeply personal, offering something unique to each practitioner, and my goal as a teacher is to help guide you in creating your own connection with your practice.

Movement
Whether you join me for a Hatha Flow class with a slower, grounded pace and strengthening holds, or a Vinyasa Flow class with a free-flowing, dynamic style, we’ll cultivate a deeper mind-body connection through movement.

Meditation
I incorporate an element of meditation into all classes, encouraging you to explore a stillness of the mind in a way that is approachable and accessible, no matter your experience.

Mindfulness
Yoga isn’t just about creating shapes with the body. We’ll explore yoga’s roots and how you can integrate its teachings into your everyday life, both on and off the mat.
